Summer in North County wouldn't be complete without Opening Day and race season at the iconic Del Mar Racetrack. It's one of our favorite traditions, bringing together clients, friends, neighbors, and visitors to celebrate everything that makes coastal living so memorable.

Each holiday season, we partner with Coastal Collective to host our annual Velvet & Sequins celebration — an evening dedicated to the clients, friends, local businesses, and referral partners who have become part of our extended family.
Beautiful décor, flower arranging, festive cocktails, meaningful conversations, and plenty of laughter make this one of our favorite nights of the year. It's our way of saying thank you to the incredible community that continues to support us.

We're always excited to spend the day connecting with neighbors, meeting new friends, and supporting one of Cardiff's most beloved annual traditions. Because around here, community includes every member of the family, especially the four-legged ones.
